Terms of sale

Ordering

Orders are placed through this website and paid at checkout. Every creation is handcrafted after you order, so please allow 7 days. We confirm each order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include any applicable VAT. Payment is taken by card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery and collection

Pralines and brownies are delivered by Swiss Post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, or collected free of charge in Zug; any delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Cakes are collected in Zug; we confirm a collection time by email. Cakes must be kept refrigerated and are best enjoyed within three days.

Returns

Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot accept returns. If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to [email protected] within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

Allergens

All our products contain nuts and are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. They are free of gluten, dairy, eggs and refined sugar. Full allergen details are listed on each product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland.
